1. LE CROQUE MONSIEUR
It appeared in a coffee in the 16th arrondissement, when a cook ran out of bread sticks to make a sandwich. This Parisian bistro dish is composed of two slices of bread, with a slice of the famous Paris ham in the middle, gratinated with « béchamel » and Emmental cheese. So tasty and easy to make at home ! 😋

3. LE FLAN PARISIEN
This little Parisian sweet is made with shortcrust pastry, eggs, milk, sugar and cornstarch.
